    SmallTown Heroes CD Review

    General No Comments

    Pic of the Band

The SmallTown Heroes CD was recently reviewed by Tim Boruk from the local newspaper the Journal & Courier.

Review supports my thoughts. The CD is great!
Check out the bands site here. The CD release party is this Saturday the 27th at 8PM at Campus House.

If you cant make the release you can order a CD or digital download from CD Baby.

    Drupal Performance

    General No Comments

I am currently hosting/working on a couple of drupal sites. Most of them at best get 100 visitor a day.  Nice traffic for the size of organization that they are supporting, but not anything to be concerned about even with the most basic cache features turned on.

However, my friend band is releasing a new CD.  Expect a fair amout of traffic, I found this article to be very helpful as a way to at least know what my options are if we ever really need to scale.

Drupal Performance and Scalability it is on Scribd so you either have to read it in the “ipaper” or download the PDF.

Very interesting tool for possible recovery of laptops that are stolen with almost no cost.

I will have to install and test it out, but it looks pretty interesting.
